A communication channel for students, graduates and employers

Student/Alumni Module

This module allows career office stakeholders, students, and graduates, to independently manage their professional profiles available in the system. Using easy-to-use tools, stakeholders can create their own virtual CVs containing personal data and information about education, skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The module also allows for efficient searches and profiling of job offers published in the system, as well as information about internship and traineeship opportunities.

Employer Module

Registers employers and allows them to edit their profiles published in the system to present the scope of their companies and institutions to students and graduates seeking employment. It also allows for the publication and promotion of job, internship, or traineeship offers. It also supports a built-in search engine for potential job candidates, based on predefined criteria that match qualifications to the proposed position and scope of responsibilities.

The Careers Office Employee Module

Enables convenient administration of the entire website by authorized individuals, who, within their assigned authority, can accept, reject, and edit any information posted on the portal. They are responsible for creating new user accounts, managing student and employer profiles, and publishing current job offers and announcements related to the job market and employment promotions.

System Administrator Module

This is a master module designed exclusively for those responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the entire system, service, and database. From this module, administrators can grant access to Career Services employees and manage the scope of user permissions.

Information Management Module

Thanks to its easy-to-use tools, this module allows you to manage all content posted on the portal. Built-in editing tools allow you to easily add and edit entries, while additional features enable practical and convenient management of the structure, pages, banners, and files available in the system.

Communication Module

Supports communication within and between each stakeholder group. It allows students to share knowledge about the labor market and potential employment opportunities, while employers can share information and connect with potential candidates for their positions. Built-in mailings support the ongoing exchange of information and the sending of current job offers, as well as available internships and traineeships.

A central place for exchanging professional and labor market information

The system has a modular structure, with each segment responsible for a different process that facilitates information searches for students, graduates, and potential employers. The system module ensures the solution's proper operation. It has a database adapted to handle a growing number of users and large amounts of data. It also allows for seamless use of the service through Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera browsers. The basic module is responsible for managing user accounts and supports functions such as registering a new account with the option of further editing it.

Career information exchange and job market analysis

The system for Academic Career Offices is easy to use. Students upload their CVs to a specially designed online platform, creating a database. They can access this database from university-approved companies, browsing resources according to their own criteria and preferences. The system also enables multi-channel presentation of employers and their job offers to students (including personalized content available after logging in and based on the student's profile, as well as an email newsletter). This allows the university's Career Office to provide its students with knowledge and skills sought after in the job market and help them find employment.
