Digital attendance verification

The Electronic Attendance Record system is a solution that facilitates the recording and monitoring of attendance at university-organized classes as part of the student's academic program. The system allows for quick verification of student identity at the time of registration, providing access to student data, including photographs. This significantly improves attendance and enhances security.

See how the electronic attendance register supports attendance recording

Automatic registration

The system is accessible through any web browser after logging in. Student attendance is recorded by holding the electronic ID card close to the reader and entering the appropriate annotation into the database. Selected student information, along with a photo, is then displayed on the teacher's computer screen, allowing for identity verification.

Configurable lists

The attendance module is installed on teacher computers equipped with appropriate card readers. It can be configured to only allow students presenting a valid student ID to be added to the list. Student attendance can be recorded in the system regardless of the location of classes – in the field, library, stadium, sports hall, museum, etc. All recorded events are automatically saved in a central database, which also powers the reporting module.

Defining class lists

The system allows you to define class lists and register instructors who can use them. Student lists can be imported from an external system, entered manually, or generated based on swipes of electronic student IDs registered for a given class. There's no need to create a paper attendance list, although they can be exported to a PDF file and printed if necessary.

Attendance reports

Faculty, students, and university authorities have access to electronic reports on classes and attendance, each within their respective authority. Instructors gain access to the list of subjects and classes assigned to individual schedules in the university's dean's office system. Students, after logging in, can continuously track and verify their attendance records for both academic and non-academic classes.
